[Uboot-stm32] [PATCH 25/36] MAINTAINERS: add entry for CCF port

[Casey Connolly]

Add a maintainers entry for the Linux Common Clock Framework port. Since
CCF is independent of UCLASS_CLK and only aims to maintain a compatible
API surface for clock consumers it makes sense to have a separate entry
for this. I'd welcome anyone interested to become co-maintainer or
reviewer for this code.
