[Uboot-stm32] [U-BOOT internal][PATCH] configs: stm32mp15: set stdin/stdout/stderr to serial

Set stdin/stdout/stderr to "serial" in environment to fix the
following warning:
In:    No input devices available!
Out:   No output devices available!
Err:   No error devices available!
